Terms of service

These terms apply to orders placed in the A&A Market online store (www.aamarket.fi). By placing an order, the customer accepts these terms.

The seller reserves the right to change these terms without separate notice. The terms in force at the time of the order always apply to the order.

All prices are in euros (€). Value added tax is shown with the price where applicable.

We reserve the right to price changes, stock changes and possible typographical errors.

Product images are indicative. Products are sold as described.

An order is created when the customer confirms the order and pays for it in the online store or selects payment on pickup.

The seller has the right to cancel the order if the product is not available, there is a pricing error, or the order cannot be delivered.

Available payment methods include card payments, MobilePay, Google Pay and payment on pickup. Payment methods may change without separate notice.

Delivery

Orders are delivered using the delivery method selected by the customer to the address provided by the customer. Delivery time is usually 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated. Delivery costs are shown at checkout before confirming the order.

Pickup

Unpaid pickup orders are reserved for a maximum of 30 minutes. If the order is not paid or picked up within this time, the seller has the right to cancel the order.

A pre-paid order is handed over upon presentation of proof of identity. Ownership of the product transfers to the customer only when the product has been paid in full.

The consumer has a 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Protection Act for distance selling. The cancellation period starts from receipt of the product.

The cancellation notice must be made by email to info@aamarket.fi.

The returned product must be unused, in original condition and in original packaging. The customer is responsible for return costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Payment will be refunded within 14 days of receiving the return.

The cancellation right does not apply to products that have been purchased and handed over on-site at the pickup location.

If the product is defective or does not match the order, the customer has the right to remedies under the Consumer Protection Act.

Possible complaints must be made within a reasonable time by email to info@aamarket.fi.

The seller's liability is determined in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act. The seller's liability is limited to a maximum of the order value, unless mandatory legislation provides otherwise.

Possible disputes are primarily sought to be resolved by agreement with the customer.

The consumer may refer the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board (www.kuluttajariita.fi). Before referring the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board, the customer must contact consumer advice (www.kkv.fi).
