12-month warranty
Every product purchased from A&A Market comes with a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase, giving you peace of mind on every order.
What the warranty covers
The warranty covers internal defects and manufacturing faults — for example, components that fail to function as intended under normal use. If your product develops such an issue within 12 months from the date of purchase, we will repair or replace it free of charge.
What the warranty does not cover
The warranty does not cover:
- Physical damage caused by drops, impacts or liquid exposure
- Wear and tear of accessories such as cables and ear tips
- Damage caused by misuse, unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Damage caused by power surges or incompatible chargers
How to file a warranty claim
To file a warranty claim, contact us at info@aamarket.fi with your order number and a short description of the issue. Photos or a short video are very helpful for a fast resolution.
We will inspect the product and, depending on the case, repair it, replace it with an equivalent product, or issue a refund.
Your statutory rights
The 12-month warranty is granted in addition to your statutory rights under Finnish consumer protection law, which always apply regardless of the warranty period.
