Returns policy

All products have a 14-day return right counted from the day you receive your order. Returned products must be in their original condition with all original packaging and accessories included.

For hygiene reasons, opened hygiene products — such as in-ear headphones and earbuds — cannot be returned once the seal has been broken. Unopened items in their original packaging can always be returned within the 14-day window.

To start a return, contact us at info@aamarket.fi with your order number. We will send you return instructions and a return label where applicable.

Pack the product carefully so it arrives back in resellable condition. We recommend using the original box and protective materials.

Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will refund the purchase price using the original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 5 business days.
